Job Description

As an HR Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Human Resources team across a variety of functions. This internship will give you hands-on experience in HR operations, payroll, recruitment, onboarding, and employee development. You will be exposed to all facets of the employee lifecycle, providing valuable support to ensure smooth HR processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations:

  • Assist in the daily HR administrative tasks such as updating employee records and preparing HR documents.
  • Support the implementation and follow-up of HR policies and procedures.
  • Participate in the organization of internal events and employee engagement activities.

Payroll & Compensation:

  • Support the payroll process by preparing relevant documentation and ensuring accuracy in payroll data.
  • Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits, including tracking employee benefits and handling inquiries.

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Assist with the onboarding process by preparing orientation materials and coordinating with new hires.
  • Help maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with up-to-date candidate information.

Learning & Development:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of training programs.
  • Support the organization of workshops, seminars, and other employee development activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,
  • Strong interest in HR and people management.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in Dutch and English is preferred. (French is considered as advantage)

Desired Profile:

  • Student in Human Resources Management, Work-Health Psychology, or a related field.
  • Good organizational skills, team spirit, and interpersonal ease.
  • Willingness to learn and excel.
  • Language Proficiency: French/English or French/Dutch
