We are excited to welcome a passionate and driven intern to join our Human Resources team at Stanley/Stella, where sustainability meets innovation in the fashion industry.

As a key player in our HR department, you’ll be at the heart of our people-driven initiatives, contributing directly to our mission of fostering a positive, inclusive, and dynamic workplace.

In this role, you will support the HR team in building a community of talented, inspired individuals, with a focus on recruitment, candidate selection, and ensuring new team members feel fully integrated and valued from day one. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our vibrant team and grow alongside Stanley/Stella as we shape the future of fashion.

Main responsibilities

  • Participate in the recruitment process, from drafting job postings to pre-screening applications.
  • Conduct candidate searches and assist in managing applications through our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Assist in scheduling and organizing interviews, as well as managing candidate relations.
  • Collaborate in evaluating and selecting candidates based on job requirements.
  • Contribute to onboarding new employees, ensuring the preparation and coordination of necessary materials for their arrival (administrative documents, company introduction, etc.).
  • Help implement and improve onboarding procedures to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
  • Participate in cross-functional HR projects aimed at continuously improving recruitment and onboarding processes.

Your profile

Your Profile:


  • Student in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
  • Interest in recruitment, selection, and talent onboarding
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in both French and English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
  • Proactive, autonomous, and a team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
