How you will make an impact:
The HR Business partner is involved in initiating, planning, implementing and continuously improve Human Resources policies and provides a comprehensive day-to-day operational HR service to Managers and employees that assist the organization in achieving its desired performance or outcomes. The Business partner HR executes the global and country HR strategy and transfers this into local action and activity plans. The HR business partner cooperates with the HR employees in the different COE and develops and professionalizes the HR network. Together with the HR colleagues in the country the HR business partner is responsible for building the best employee experience.
How you will contribute:
HR responsibilities :
- Initiate, contribute and execute on Global/EMEA and country HR Strategy.
- Implement HR strategies, in collaboration with Business Leaders, to meet the business needs
- Drive policies/way of working harmonization requirements in the country.
- Manage the Employee Relation.
- Support Managers to effectively communicate and engage with employees including using feedback from the Employee Surveys to promote a positive working culture.
- Create a relationship with unions and participates in Works council and union meetings
- Understands the needs/issues of the business and resolves these.
- Identify current best practices in human resources and make recommendations for change as required.
- Collaborate with Payroll & CS administration teams in ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing and compliant HR Administration regarding labor law, social security and pension regulations,…
- Collaborate with TA to ensure a smooth recruitment and onboarding process.
- Actively participate in country /regional HR meetings and projects, to share best practices and contribute to the improvement and development of country wide HR policies and processes harmonization.
- Ensure managers and supervisors understand and implement approved human resources policies, processes, and programs.
- Direct and champion organizational change initiatives.
- Facilitate development/ revision of organizational and job design.
- Facilitate meetings with various employee groups to achieve desired results (i.e. restructuring, conflict resolution, performance improvement, development plans, coaching,… ).
- Develop, implement, and monitor employee engagement programs to ensure organizational goals or outcomes are achieved.
- Regulatory compliance in occupational health & safety, human rights, employment standards, and other employment related legislation, thereby eliminating unnecessary legal costs.
- Develop our working environment to be engaging and inspiring to all employees.
- Manage the supporting Health agency.
- Drive development for key talent, succession planning and retention strategies
- Coordinate all trainings, the administrative processes and activities to ensure organizational needs are achieved to develop/improve the talent and to be compliant to all internal audits and external guidelines and legislation.
- Support Managers in the development of leadership and people management skills through coaching, engagement and development interventions, as appropriate.

- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in an international Human Resources working environment
- Maintain a positive result oriented attitude that promotes collaboration with different functional levels
- Strong customer focus with proven service oriented attitude under all situations.
- Must have strong communication skills including listening, verbal and written.
- Flexible, adjust readily to new situations and driver of change, supporting different divisions
- Fluent in Dutch and English,
- Good knowledge of labor law and experience in union collaboration
