Nature & Scope

The Industrial IT Project Manager is accountable for the definition, the configuration, the installation, and the maintenance of the IT landscaperequired for the shopfloor operation of the factories for the Renewables sector. The position is based in Seraing, but you will be required to travel frequently in Aspach (Alsace, France).

As An Industrial IT Project Manager

Main responsibilities :

• You are responsible for leading projects from A to Z. You proactively manage project scope, planning, budget, risks and communication with stakeholders
• You are the interlocutor for the project: You act as a communicator, facilitator and problem solver and manage all aspects of project coordination within the project team
• You collect the needs of the Business stakeholders and, in cooperation with business analysts and functional consultant, you organize the work to build a technical and sustainable IT solution
• You lead the project by leading the Business stakeholders in the (re)definition of their business processes, by leading the IT team (internal and/or external) in the configuration, test and implementation of the selected software, and by leading the change within the teams.
• You participate in the definition of the Applicative landscape of the company to make sure it answers the business needs in a consistent way
• You report the progress of your project to the management and sponsor of your project
  

Profile

• Preferred Industrial Engineer or Business background with field experience in production management and lean manufacturing;
• 10 – 15 years of experience in IT Project Management with full accountability;
• Certification in PMI, Prince2 and/or Scrum is a plus;
• In depth knowledge of ERP modules (SAP MM, PP, PM modules) and their implementation methodologies;
• Experience in Change Management;
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 standard (Manufacturing Execution System, closed-door machining, automatic production, automatic warehouse management…);
• Comfortable with both Project management & Day- to-Day operations management;
• Creative, daring to challenge the status quo, team leader, field oriented and practical mindset;
• Professional level of English and French.
