BTG is the Belgium Branch of SOL Group, a multinational Company with a constant growth supported by the quality of our solutions, the development of new applications and the commitment of our teams in the sector of medical, technical and special gases.

We are looking for an Industrial Sales Representative for Technical Gasesand Services Sector in the area of Antwerpen, Limburg and Vlaams Brabant to join our team.

Dutch speaking - with a knowledge of English and French languages - is mandatory.

The successful candidate, with a proven sales record, should be able to work as a part of our team with an entrepreneurship mindset. He will organise meetings with new and existing customers and will attend trainings and international sales and marketing conventions in Belgium and in the Countries where SOL Group is present.

The Industrial Sales Representative will report directly to the Sales Director and, in accordance with the strategy of the Company, will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing new clients and opportunities particularly in the welding, food and laboratory sectors
  • Meeting and developing relationship with existing customers
  • Developing our gases distributors network (Solution Points), training and motivating our partners and their employees
  • Collecting and analysing market and competitor informations
  • Planning marketing and sales strategy to achieve the expected targets

Skills and Experience required

  • Dutch speaking - with a knowledge of English and French languages
  • Work experience in industry or sales – preferably in a technological field (either full or part time)
  • Good administrative and computing skills in Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel
  • Ability to deal successfully with people
  • Self-motivation and a high level of initiative with a self-entrepreneurship
  • A high level of responsibility in your work including care for details
  • Driving licence is a pre-requisite

Remuneration

  • Salary will be negotiated and will be based on the skills and abilities of the candidate
  • Company car, mobile phone, laptop and travelling expenses
