YOUR ROLE:
Account Management and Development

Developing new areas in existing clients and opening new clients.
Focus on customer satisfaction and make clients trust the NTTDATA company.
Detects the explicit and implicit needs of the client and seeks the most satisfactory alternative solution.

Project Execution

Guaranteeing delivery excellence in complex projects (innovating or making the appropiate decisions).
Ensure that NTTDATA tools and methodologies are properly followed and IM governance is respected

Leadership and People Management

Managing the talent available in his/her teams in an efficient way, transmitting corporate values.
Enhancing capabilities of the people you work with beyond the needs of the project/service.
Promoting organizational changes, beyond areas of responsibility, with the aim of promoting talent development.

Knowledge Management and Development

Having a differential knowledge recognized by their BU and valued by customers.
Being an internal reference in their field of knowledge (adapting to new trends).
Being an external reference (creating trends).
Developing a complex value proposition (with previous alliances or agreements).
Building a team based on that knowledge.

Focus on Quality

Creates quality standards, seeking to maintain excellence in various areas of the organization.
Is leader in his/her field, he/she have high levels of expertise, meeting a high standard of excellence and distinctiveness.
Provides ideas for improving methodological tools or procedures.

Financial Management

Be prepared to manage P&L and accountable,
Invest significant time and effort to understand NTTDATA economic Management Tools, financial instruments and NTTDATA best practices.

YOUR PROFILE:
  • Master’s degree.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Delivery and/or Sales activities
  • Relevant experience in Cloud transformation projects and Cloud operating model delivery
  • Client-first oriented approach
  • Service minded attitude, high sense of responsibility, trustworthy
  • Proven experience as team leader
  • Excellent organisational practices and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent knowledge of both French and English (in speech and reading/writing). Spanish is a plus
