Job description

As purchasing administrative , your responsibilities include handling all orders from your assigned suppliers. You can easily work independently and have strong communication skills. Knowledge of the automotive spare parts market is a plus.

Tasks & responsibilities
  • You process and confirm orders within the agreed deadline.
  • You request information from suppliers.
  • You communicate via e-mail with the international suppliers and other internal departments.
  • You work accurately and follow the imposed procedures to fulfil orders.
Profile
  • You are administratively strong, very precise and orderly.
  • You have a very good knowledge of MS Office products, especially Outlook and Excel.
  • You can express yourself fluently in English, both orally and in writing. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
  • You are collegial and function well in a team but also work very well individually.
  • You take initiative and have no problem with deadlines
