Inside Sales Representative Dutch - Russian

The position inside sales representative concerns a full-time and permanent contract due to expansion of the activities.

To strengthen our commercial office staff, we are currently looking for an enthusiastic new employee. You are a very important link between the external sales / our customers and the internal services. You are responsible for the following tasks:

• You screen and handle requests for new products and/or new customers. You negotiate the price within the limits. You create quotations and proactively follow up on the quotations issued in collaboration with Outside Sales to generate new business.
• You administratively process the received orders to start the order process. You maintain and create price lists i.o.m. with Outside Sales.
• You are responsible for handling questions from customers with .b regarding availability of material, possible alternatives and possible delivery times.
• In addition, you consult with the planners to get the products produced on time. You are committed to smooth communication and cooperation with colleagues and other departments (external sales, planning, production, etc.), so that optimal customer service can be guaranteed.
• You take care of the administrative handling of complaints in cooperation with the quality department and initiate any return transport. Furthermore, you prepare credit notes and inform the customer about the outcome of a complaint and our actions.
• Finally, you keep your professional knowledge of our market and products, as well as your technical skills up-to-date.

Requirements

• You are a bachelor or equivalent through experience with a commercial flair.
• You have already built up a first experience in a commercial position.
• Experience with an ERP system is a plus.
• You have a very good knowledge of the Dutch and Russian language.
• You have a fluent command of the English and French language, knowledge of German is a plus. There is the possibility to further develop your languages with the help of training.
• You have analytical skills and think problem-solving.
• You have good communication skills and are customer-oriented.
• You can work independently or in a team.
• You are administratively strong and very accurate.
