My client, a growing Belgian SME, is looking for a new team member to cultivate the Benelux region! The team stands for creativity, ideas, support, and drive! Your ideas will be embraced, your desire to learn will be fed and your drive will be rewarded!
The Inside Sales Representative plays a key role in the business achieving sales growth targets via call actions and email contact with B2B customers and prospects.

You thrive on connecting with our B2B clients via phone, collaborating with an extended international team, generating interest in the brand, updating databases, exploring new customers in different business segments, and working with other functions in the company.
This is not a call center. You will be part of a niche team of 4 people and make between 8-12 successful calls per day. As well as this you will spend time updating Salesforce and sending out samples etc.

The role:
Market Information Gathering:
• Understand the reasons and gather relevant market information why customers are buying the brands product or its competitors by engaging with customers in conversations.
• Record customer feedback, preferences, and any market trends observed during interactions.
Database Management:
• Accurately input and update customer information in the company database.
• Ensure the integrity and completeness of customer records.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including feedback and inquiries.
Promotion Communication:
• Inform customers about ongoing promotions and special offers.
• Highlight key features and benefits of the products/services.
Team Collaboration:
• Transfer qualified leads and valuable customer insights to the sales team for further action.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide support in gathering market intelligence.
• Actively interact with marketing and product development teams, to gather crucial data about the communication tools and product feedback.
Your deliverables are:
• Be the point of contact for a wide number of Resellers not managed by Sales Field.
• Convert new Resellers in buying our products and increase the penetration of our products on existing ones.
• Provide support to Sales Field of the assigned territory, provide leads to Sales Fields.
• Qualification of CRM and perform surveys on specific projects.
Your profile:
- Fluent English (company language) + fluent Dutch
- Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role
- To enjoy talking to customers on the phone
- Commercial flare with the ability to identify opportunities and get the most out of each lead
- A professional approach with excellent communication skills
- To thrive on collaborating with other internal departments toward one common goal
- An entrepreneurial spirit and be comfortable with change in direction
- Ability to work in an international, multi-cultural and remote environment (your manager is based in Germany)
