Depending on your preferences and expertise, our client offers you a position as a Case Manager (either in production or in claims). Your duties will include:
  • Managing insurance contracts in close collaboration with the sales network;
  • You will ensure the follow-up of established insurance contracts; sending reminders on the expiry date, issuing certificates, checking special conditions... ;
  • You will identify and analyze the essential characteristics of the risk to be insured;
  • You will identify and analyze the essential characteristics of the risk to be insured; If necessary, you will propose an alternative solution adapted to the insured’s declarations through the customer advisor;
  • Depending on your level of expertise, you will give advice on more complex cases;
  • You are responsible for the complete management of claims;
  • You are the point of contact between the clients and the experts;

  • You have a permanent contact with the clients.

Profile

  • You have obtained a Bachelor’s degree, regardless of the orientation;
  • You are looking for a first professional experience;

  • You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch or French (a good knowledge of the other national language is an asset);
