For our client, market leader in the field of risk management and insurance brokerage, we are looking for an Insurance Administrator. You will manage the processing of your contracts and actively participate in the administrative follow-up of the files in collaboration with all parties involved.
You will prepare the policy file based on the data entered by the Client Advisor;
  • You follow up the changes in the file together with the Client Advisor and enter them in the specific database;
  • You are responsible for invoicing.
  • You are responsible for sending policy documents and invoices to the clients.
  • To ensure the highest possible service to your client, you communicate on a regular basis with the insurer
  • You take care of and coordinate the internal and external service to the customer, by working closely with the technical and commercial services.
  • You draw up policy summaries and manage the certificate requests.

Your profile

  • You have experience in a similar position with an insurance broker or insurer.
  • You are perfectly bilingual, knowledge of English is a plus
  • You have an analytical mind and you can work fluently in Excel
  • You work in a structured way and are able to set priorities (agenda management, processing incoming e-mails, ...)
  • You always put your customer first by being attentive to his needs and requirements
  • Team spirit is important to you, but you can also function autonomously
  • You have a dynamic and flexible attitude, and are immune to stress
