Wondering what your days will look like?

Brand Communications:

  • You understand the communication landscape on a global scale and can translate key consumer insights into clear briefings to create cut through communication/advertising.
  • You help ensure the effective implementation of the long term brand and communication strategy for the Alpro brand across markets, campaigns and platforms.

Campaign Management:

  • You support in the development & roll-out of international integrated B2C campaigns and support key initiatives for the brands on a variety of channels (above the line, below the line, experiential marketing) – together with the Senior Brand Manager.
  • You build strategic briefs linked to a concrete product launch, challenge and feedback on creative proposals from our agency partners and follow-up on delivery, making sure it is on brief, on time and within the agreed budgetary levels.
  • You coordinate the involved –internal and external- stakeholders from briefing and concept development to execution and production covering multiple markets and channels, in order to successfully implement integrated campaigns.
  • You partner with our media and digital team, making sure Alpro’s content is platform-native and thumb stopping

Stakeholder Management:

  • You are a true guardian of the brand and work closely with the global and local marketing teams to ensure that brand plans meet local market needs and business challenges.
  • You advise the local digital, media and experience marketing and sales teams in the domain of marketing communication and integrated campaigns.
  • You collaborate with the divisional marketing teams (Marketing Directors, Products Managers, etc.).
About you

To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to...

  • Hold a Master Degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, etc. or equivalent through experience.
  • Have a minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience (brand equity, brand marketing and/or content creation experience) with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing plans.
  • Have experience with audiovisual, digital content development (website, social media, etc) is a must. You are a digital native or have strong affinity with digital marketing.
  • Know how to build strong brand assets from insights to asset production.
  • Exposed to creating inspiring informative briefings for partners
  • Be a strong communicator and an engaging collaborator. You are a creative and conceptual thinker and spot opportunities.
  • Can be a true evangelizer of plant based & the Alpro brand; see ahead to help spot future possibilities.
  • Have an eye for aesthetics and a creative mindset – as well as the ability to keep a pragmatic, business-and-consumer-oriented approach front of mind.
  • Fluent in English is a must.
  • Strong powerpoint & excel skills are a plus.
