Any interest in a challenge within the ACR (Audit, Control & Risk management) team by:

Continuous challenging and improving our company’s processes by executing risk based audits and by following-up on the implementation audit recommendations as a true business partner

Provide helicopter and transversal expertise to our organization to ensure risk identified are properly mitigated

What would you do?

You would prepare and carry out audit engagements in every department or affiliate of OBE, partners and sub-contractors, according to the professional standards, corporate governance models and in the respect of independence and integrity

You would take part in the end-to-end process of the audit department, starting from developing the yearly audit plan to reporting our audit findings to the Audit Committee

You would contribute to the ACR activities when applicable, such as corporate risk map and internal control

You would assist in developing the next steps for a digital audit department

You will have an exposure towards:

Orange Group Audit, Control & Risk Management team: align and coordinate activities for group audits or joint group audits

Directors / Managers/ Team members: plan, assess and report audit activities. Remediate issues.

External relations, such as external non-financial auditors, standardization bodies, organizations and academic world : maintain activities at industry-leading levels

Board of Directors, Audit Committee and Exco members : report on related topics

These activities are requiring the appreciated behaviors, skills and competences:

Advanced experience in audit standards, techniques and processes: 2 to 5 years of experience in internal or external audit, IIA certification is an asset

Financial expertise in BE GAAP and IFRS

Knowledge of Internal control frameworks (e.g. Sarbanes-Oxley Act and related domains, COSO), Corporate Governance and company law, including specific laws and regulations applicable to listed companies

Proven project management skills (e.g. Prince II certification)

Experience in data analytics and mining

University degree in applied economics or equivalent by experience

Fluently in French, Dutch and English

Persuasive communicator

Enthusiastic & constructive mind-set

Open & transparent communicator
