About the Role:

Drive global sales of our ELISA, qPCR QC kits, and cell preparation reagents, owning both personal targets and departmental goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute sales strategies to meet annual revenue objectives in assigned regions.
  • Develop and maintain a robust client pipeline with full market mapping.
  • Conduct market analysis to adapt tactics to regional dynamics.
  • Manage CRM updates and provide actionable market insights.

Requirements:

  • College diploma or higher; 3+ years in medical/IVD/device/medical aesthetics overseas sales preferred (other B2B export experience considered).
  • Proficiency in English (written/spoken); familiarity with EU/US markets.
  • Strong negotiation skills, resilience, and a track record in key account management.
