As International Recruiter you will join the dynamic HR team of our client in our European headquarters in Mechelen (Belgium). Together with your colleagues you are responsible for the recruitment of new employees in 10 European countries and you will support various ongoing HR projects.

What will your responsibilities be?
  • Working with the HR team to fill vacancies in 10 countries
  • Follow up the recruitment process from A-Z for your assigned countries
  • Build and maintain a network of agencies and contacts
  • Assessing resumes on skills, experience and knowledge
  • Conducting telephone and behavioral/competency-based interviews
  • Communicating recruitment progress and results to managers, agencies and candidates
  • Recruitment metrics’ analysis as well as strategy design
  • Participate in onsite and offsite recruitment events across Europe
  • Support in other HR/Recruitment projects including Employee Relations, Exits, Campus, etc.

Your profile

What candidate is our client looking for?
  • 2-5 years of recruitment experience, including sourcing and interviewing techniques.
  • Work experience in an international environment is an advantage
  • Self-driven, strategic and a team player
  • Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • One of the following languages is considered an advantage: German, Hungarian, Czech, Slovak
