Your team and your responsibilities:
Team/division description
You will be working for the Human Resources division, called People & Innovation. You will be part of the Business Intelligence team (which belongs to Business Innovation within P&I). Our main task is to unite P&I teams to deliver strong employee experience and to drive employee data analytics through business intelligence.

Your project
Your role is to support building foundation and contribute to strong employee experiences. For this, your main tasks will be:
  • Support design of new employee communication visual identity
  • Lead implementation of this visual identity and consistency in tone of voice within People & Innovation (from mapping of as-is material to delivery of templates and guidelines)
  • Manage the P&I SharePoint site as information sharing platform for employees on transformational activities
  • Contribute to the design of employee journeys and employee persona’s
  • Support the activity to enhance capturing Voice of Employees

Brussels (Evere) – Head Office
Starting date: 20/09/21
Duration: 6 months
Confidentiality: Due to business requirement, not all performed projects can be reflected in the internship report. This issue needs to be discussed with candidate/school in advance.

It is mandatory that applicants are students for the entire period of the internship. We can only accept students with an EEA or Swiss citizenship (not requiring a work permit to be eligible to perform an internship in Belgium)
