We are looking for an Investment Funds Legal Advisor. We have this opportunity at our Brussels Office to start as soon as possible.

Investment funds regulations are in constant development and have never been so much at the heart of the organisation and business activities of financial players.

PwC is expanding its team of dedicated investment management lawyers embedded in its multi-disciplinary Financial Services and Real Estate group. These lawyers deal with all areas of investment funds regulation and handle the legal and regulatory aspects of various types of transactions. They work in close cooperation with tax experts and other specialised consultants (audit, compliance, IT, etc.) on a variety of large projects. In such a multifaceted environment, our lawyers develop not only their legal skills, but a complete understanding of the world of investment funds. They work with other PwC offices worldwide for a large number of international clients.

Who you are

• You have a master’s degree in law with good grades. Post-graduate diplomas (LL.M.) are an advantage.

• You have about 3-4 years of professional experience in financial law, especially in investment funds regulations and investment management matters with a law firm, financial institution or an international organisation.

• You are a motivated and dynamic team player with an eye for detail and an eagerness to learn.

• You are able to work independently and have a good sense of responsibility and have good social skills.

• You have a critical mind and are able to think outside the box.

• You have good writing skills.

• You are able to express yourself fluently in English and in Dutch and/or French.
