Description
As an IT analyst at Solutions 30 you work in a fantastic team of 11 people from different countries within Europe. You play a crucial role in the expansion of our business. You act as a link between our business and IT and ensure continuous optimization of our business processes. You contribute to connecting our customers’ applications with us and to improving our internal tools.
  • discussing with colleagues via teams/face to face, depending on your location
  • meeting with business and customers to clearly map out the needs
  • work out the process together with our business
  • document and follow up the needs of our business and customers in a Jira story
  • support our testers when they are user testing
  • help and coach users in using our IT solutions
Position requirements
  • a bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science or equivalent through experience
  • at least three years of experience in a similar position
  • analytically inclined and strong in drawing out processes
  • strong in translating and communicating ICT issues/solutions to users and developpers
  • excellent knowledge of English, other languages are a plus

You work in one of the several Solutions 30 offices across Europe. Within Belgium, your office location will mainly be Antwerp or Mechelen. In the Netherlands your office location will mainly be ’s-Hertogenbosch. Of course you can also work several days a week from home.
