Within the global organization, the Industrial Technology group is playing a crucial role in designing and delivering the IT infrastructure and services enabling the manufacturing and laboratory operations in a trustworthy, safe, secure and compliant environment.

In order to drive and facilitate this transformational journey, we are looking for a unique individual to strengthen the team.

As an IT subject matter Expert Industrial Technology, you will we be responsible for overseeing the project delivery of strategic security protection on legacy environment.

You will work under the supervision of the IT Industrial Lead in our client offices at Braine l’Alleud location.

Your Main Responsibilities

As an IT SME, you will:
  • Ensure that user requirements are properly captured, documented and considered in the design phase of IT Industrial projects.
  • Coordinate and ensure that IT solutions and systems are deployed with strict enforcement of our client standards and document deviations as well as remediation plan.
  • Contribute to configuration, deployment, validation and documentation of IT industrial solutions and systems.
  • Transition solutions and systems to support organization by preparing training materials, operational procedures and knowledge base articles.
Requirements
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronic, computer science or telecommunication or equivalent area,
  • Strong organization and team collaboration,
  • Stakeholders facing skills to set expectations and communicate effectively,
  • Proactively identify risks, escalations and communicating in advance,
  • Competence in IT security approach: Operating system and network approach
  • A good knowledge and understanding of automation: FactoryTalk Siemens WinCC, PCS7, Archestra / Aveva / Intouch,
  • IT experience in either Virtual Machine, Windows Server, Windows Workstations and Database (SQL), Backup, Network, Citrix environment –
  • System implementation lead – min. 1 years working experience,
  • ITIL / Global Operational Team Experience – min 1 years,
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills. Fluent in French, Good English written and spoken, Dutch as a plus
