Your new role

As an IT Support Specialist, you’ll work with four other individuals in the IT & Business Intelligence department.

You will be in charge of delivering 1st and 2nd line assistance to workers and members of the firm, including dealing with hardware, software, and network issues. You will also be responsible for maintaining both the IT infrastructure and the ERP (custom-made database created in .NET by a service provider), as well as contributing to its progress with fresh recommendations for enhancements. Analysis of business demands in order to pursue the digitalization of corporate operations will be one of the tasks. Finally, you will assist data analysts in the implementation of data science, big data, and data analytics software, tools, and methodologies.

Your Profile

You have 2+ years of experience in similar position and you are fluent in English (French and/or Dutch are plus).

People describe you as an excellent communicator and problem-solver with a keen analytical mind. You are proactive, capable of working independently, and quality-conscious.
