Functieomschrijving:
Als lid van een wereldwijde IT-organisatie zal je primaire rol zijn om 1ste-lijns incidenten en serviceverzoeken, met de nodige ondersteuning van de verschillende 2de-lijns teams, te behandelen in ons Helpdesk systeem. Daarnaast is er ruimte en mogelijkheid om ook een meer actieve rol op te nemen ter ondersteuning van de verschillende strategische projecten in de volgende jaren. Jij bepaalt samen met je collega’s mee hoe onze medewerkers zullen werken in de het toekomstige Aluk IT-landschap.
