IT Support Specialist > on-site

  • Staging/quick fixes of PC and mobile equipement if needed
  • 1st line support for tricky problems requiring on-site presence/help
  • Inventory management / IT stock management triggering if needed
  • I would bet also some printer issues ased on experience
  • Network recabling, moves (configuration performed by other level of course)
  • French (as is the surrounding environment)
  • IT English communication is also needed as most interactions within the company are performed in English.
