KONE Belgium is looking for an Account Development Manager for our Maintenance Department in the Flemish region. You are responsible for proactively targeting maintenance opportunities outside the current customer base & identifying opportunities to deliver value added services to our clients (75%). You are also responsible for evaluating, prioritizing and responding to public bids (25%).Responsibilities And Key Activities- You proactively develop and create customer relationships in your area in Flanders and are accountable for developing KONE’s position in your customer base and market area
- You create and communicate leads and sales opportunities for the entire KONE sales team (e.g. cross-selling)
- Document the customer and contact information, maintain the customer data base
- Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets
- You coordinate all the public tendering of you region
- Validates that the contents of the contract are in line with the negotiation process outcome
- Responsible for timely and accurate reporting in CRM
- Responsible for gathering relevant information about market and competitors from the field
