Where will you work?
This international company is one of Belgium’s leading providers of technology solutions & services. They are experts in licensing and hosting and strive to find the right match between technology and business needs.
This organization helps clients (SME’s to multinationals) navigate through complex IT challenges. In order to achieve this mission, they work closely with IT manufacturers (Microsoft, Abode, VMware, ...). In short, the company operates as a necessary link between the corporate world and the technology industry.

What will you do?
As a result of their growing success, they are currently looking for an Internal Account Manager to strengthen their young and dynamic sales team. Within the sales team, your primary goal is to manage a high-quality customer portfolio. You will be responsible for sustaining and strengthening the current B2B-relationships.
First, you will obtain expertise on licensing, hosting, and other ICT solutions: an extensive onboarding and training track is provided. Once you gained understanding about these services, you will contact and follow up customers to analyze their business needs and propose solutions accordingly.
Since the products are complex, it’s all about consultative sales. That is why it is crucial to monitor and maintain customer satisfaction. You are the central touchpoint for requests, opportunities and issues of your portfolio. This way, you will build long-term relationships mainly on a remote basis, and occasionally on site at customer premises. You will collaborate closely with your colleagues from after-sales, marketing and project management.

- have obtained a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree;
- are interested in IT or technology;
- are self-starting: a strong sense of proactivity and ownership is required; have a result-oriented mindset;
- have a passion for advising and helping others;
- work in a structured and efficient way;
- are a team player and willing to contribute to a strong team spirit;
- can communicate fluently in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
