Benepack Belgium nv is part of the Chinese mother company COFCO Group. COFCO is a leading supplier of agro products. It is the largest food processing company in China with operations in over 140 countries worldwide. Benepack Belgium is a startup and the first company in Belgium which supplies innovative, sustainable aluminum packaging solutions for beverage industries with world-class equipment and a strict quality control system. For our sales department we are looking for a motivated Account Manager:

- Ensure an excellent service to Benepack¿s key customers including tailoring to the customer needs and establish an excellent relationship with the customer
- Follow up on new projects and work closely with headquarter project team.
- Coordinate the customers order and production schedule
- Provide a weekly report to the customer on time and monitor order and stock level
- Following up and executing the necessary adjustments for sales and marketing in the ERP system (SAP)
- Various sales tasks: applying the agreed prices and materials, internal communication of the customer questions, follow up delivery etc.
- organizing customer visits and informing the organization about the expectations of the customer and the agreements made
- start up and internal guiding of client questions for research and changes in the organization according to the sales process
- searching for new customer
- you will report to the sales manager

Profil

- Bachelor¿s degree and experience in the manufacturing industry or a relevant field
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar position in a B2B environment
- A strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving skills, you are result oriented
- Being able to work under pressure, tight deadlines are no problem for you
- An excellent knowledge of MS office and related software, SAP will be a plus.
- Fluent in Dutch and English. French or German are a plus.
