Overview:
KEMIN ANIMAL NUTRITION AND HEALTH – EMENA is searching for an Accounting Assistant to support our Finance Team in Herentals, Belgium.

Responsibilities:
As Accounting Assistant at KEMIN you will become part of our Finance team EMENA. You will have a variety of responsibilities such as:
  • Manage daily intake of vendor invoices: copy, file, and match with purchase orders and receiving documents.
  • Route invoices to appropriate team members for approval.
  • Perform reviews of expense reports for compliance with internal policies and regulations.
  • Monitor and verify outstanding purchase orders and follow up as needed.
  • Responsible for 3-way match and other approvals to ensure a timely vendor payment run.
  • Track and manage incoming credit notes.
  • Provide general administrative support to the AP team, including document preparation and data entry.
  • Respond to routine inquiries and escalate complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Compile and organize financial data and reports as requested.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree Accounting / Tax,
  • Hands-on mentality,
  • Fluency in Dutch and English,
  • PC literature (Word, Excel, e-mail, ERP-systems),
  • Open minded, flexible approach.
