As an Accounting officer, you will assist the Finance & Accounting department with accounting and administration.

As a dynamic team player, you will use your accounting skills in order to increase the overall productivity of the Finance & Accounting team.

You will handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner.

responsibilities

  • general administration and accountancy (entering and payment of purchase invoices, entering financial statements, making travel reports, filing data, etc.)
  • credit control administration
  • registration and follow-up of employee absences
  • back-up for customer reception (answering and filtering phone calls, replying to correspondence and emails, etc.)
  • back-up for access control management

typical education

You have a bachelor’s degree in Business Management (Accountancy), Business Administration or equivalent.

basic qualifications for consideration

This position requires that you work from our offices located in Izegem, Belgium. You have good verbal and written communication skills in English; other languages are an asset.
