Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for a Administrative Support: Corporate Credit (m/f/x)to join the Booking Team of an international company based in Brussels.

Our client is active in the banking sector and one of the biggest leaders in his industry.

The scope of responsibilities for this job as a Booking Analyst includes:

  • Receiving and reviewing of credit applications to then share with the Credit Team ;
  • Input and processing of different data or documents in order to open new customer accounts ;
  • Receiving and follow up of legal documentation to ensure all legal reviews and credit approvals are in place before resending them as instructed.
  • Other tasks :
  • Control of credit application approvals
  • Control of receipt of legal documentation
  • Credit Monitoring (Self Assessments, …)
  • Preparation of some Reports / Check sheets
  • Reply to some queries from other Branches, from other staff of Brussels, from Auditors (internal and external)

The requested qualifications for this job include:

  • Fluency in English;
  • Diligent and rigorous worker who will ensure tasks are well completed ;
  • Strong team spirit
  • Flexibility ;
  • Analytical mindset and good with numbers;
  • Background in accounting or finance administration or equivalent education;
  • You have a good knowledge of Excel.
