YOUR ROLE:

As Administrative Support Crew Office, you will be responsible for efficiently planning and coordinating our crew to ensure that the festival runs smoothly and our visitors have an unforgettable experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drafting efficient crew schedules for various positions within the festival.
  • Actively searching for suitable profiles for various crew positions.
  • Acting as a point of contact for our crew members before, during and after the festival.
  • Drafting briefings and ensuring clear communication with our crew.
  • Coordinating the crew office during the festival show days.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
  • Affinity with festivals, music, arts and culture is an advantage.

TIME DEVOTION:

  • 1 day per week during the month of July
  • 2 days per week during the month of August
  • Full-time attendance from 26 August to 10 September

LOCATION:

Grimbergen, Belgium.
