For our Zeebrugge LNG terminal ( see the map here ) we’re looking for an Administrative Assistant (m/f/x).

The Zeebrugge LNG terminal is Northwest Europe’s gateway for supplies of LNG (liquefied natural gas). LNG unloaded at the terminal can be redelivered for consumption on the Belgian market, trading on the Zeebrugge Hub or transportation to other end-user markets in any direction: France, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Southern Europe and the UK.

Job

respon­sibilities
  • As part of the LNG terminal’s administrative team, you will perform a wide range of administrative tasks, including:
    • organising business trips and seminars (making reservations, arranging transport and hotel accommodation, etc.)
    • preparing orders
    • processing invoices
    • handling telephone calls
    • filing
    • handling post
    • keeping tables and records up to date
    • managing meeting rooms and overseeing catering
  • You will also act as a contact person for both internal and external customers, providing an excellent, efficient service at all times

About you

For this role, you have:
  • An A2 diploma or Bachelor’s degree in an administrative subject, or equivalent experience
  • Ideally a first experience, but this is not required as long as you are extremely hard-working and highly motivated
  • A highly team orientated attitude
  • A structured and conscientious approach to your work
  • A strong knowledge of Dutch and a good command of English and French
  • A good command of the MS Office suite (Word and Excel) and an eagerness to learn to use new programs (such as SAP)

Additionally, this role requires:
  • You are under 26 years of age on the start date of your job, as per the applicable regulations (Rosetta Plan)
