This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, self-motivated administration assistant. to utilize your planning, and prioritization skill. We currently have a temporary vacancy for 6 months with possibility of extension. In the role of Admin Assistant, you will enable management and teams to work in more effective way by supporting and executing administrative processes that effect business decisions.
The challenge
- Execute invoice booking and (financial) administration follow-up, including customer contacts
- To enable Management or Teams to work in a more effective way by coordinating activities, administration or providing information to inform business decisions.
- Schedule appointments and arrangements for meetings, events, and travel.
- Organize and maintain proper administration of files, records, and correspondence in accordance with regulations and standards.
- Maintain and manage relevant databases and/or reporting tools.
- Ensure timely and correct correspondence from Management.
- Prepare reports, gathering, and summarizing data at the request of the Management Team.
- Ensure office management by securing availability of office, canteen, and cleaning supplies.
- Ensures a well-organized reception of customers, suppliers, couriers, and any other visitors.
What we are looking for:
- 1-3 years of experience in the administrative role or a with degree in administration background.
- Financial administration experience is plus.
- Good Organizing and planning skill.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS office.
- Ability to prioritize workloads and tasks.
- Flexibility and adaptability in handling new tasks.
- Team Player who works closely with other departments.
- Excellent Communication skills in Dutch and English.
