Your Responsibilities:

In order to strengthen our team’s operation, we are looking for an Administrator, who has a good knowledge of database handling, has excellent communication skills and perseverance, and enjoys working in a dynamic international team.


Your Job Role:

  • Support managing Pre-Delivery Corrections across TME / NMSC hubs and at the retailer network, which includes parts & tools distribution with close follow-up to ensuring that repair teams can perform their job according to the repair plan.
  • Support deployment of other campaigns, such as Recall, (Incoming) Customer Satisfaction Campaign etc.
  • Support implementation follow-up of all technical campaigns by visualizing the progress of each through database queries and visualization tools.
  • Support preparing/organizing NMSC and Repair teams Campaign related meetings, trainings and other events.
  • Support NMSC evaluation for Customer Excellence Award program.
  • Draft Campaign Bulletins for all Recall Campaigns launched to the markets

Your Profile:

Education:

You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or Business Management area or equivalent experience.

Language:

You have good command of oral and written English. Knowledge of French and/or Dutch is an advantage.

Computer:

Having a good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint is Mandatory, using MS Access or other database handling software, along with data analysis skills is an asset.

Other requirements:

You are a team player with good communication skills, and you are able to present large amount and complex data in a clear and logical way. You are a self-motivated, objective and fact-driven person.
