AI Analist

We’re looking for an AI analist to join our team in Leuven—someone who gets energized by turning strategic questions and business needs into actionable AI projects that deliver real value. You’re the translator between business dreams and technical reality: from first intake to delivery, you guide the client and our team towards meaningful impact with artificial intelligence.

As part of our AI strategy team, you’ll take ownership of your own projects, translating business goals into sharp analyses and use cases. Think engaging workshops where you help people discover what they really need, mapping out their biggest challenges, and collaborating with our engineers and designers to bring smart solutions to life. You don’t need to be an AI expert from day one—what matters is your curiosity and drive to learn.

In short: you’re someone who thrives on variety, loves connecting dots between business and tech, and is ready to deliver real AI solutions that drive meaningful results.

In This Role, You Will:

• Work directly with clients to understand their business context and identify AI opportunities
• Craft detailed analyses and roadmaps that align AI possibilities with client needs
• Run ideation workshops and brainstorms with clients and internal stakeholders
• Team up with our engineers and designers to nail down requirements and guide smooth execution
• Be end responsible for the AI strategy in your projects — from scoping to delivery
• Jump in on the sales team with business cases and proposals where needed

• Analysis, strategy, and AI aren’t just your thing — they’re your playground
• You’re proactive, structured, and confident when working with clients
• You feel at home leading workshops and presenting your ideas clearly
• You toggle effortlessly between big-picture vision and nitty-gritty execution
• You have a background in business management, engineering, computer science, or similar
• You’re genuinely curious about AI and eager to keep learning in this field
• You’re fluent in Dutch and English

How does your hiring process work?

Everything starts with your application, of course! If you see an open position that seems like a match made in heaven, send us your resume. We’ll review it and reach out to you to plan a introductory meeting if it seems like a match (on paper). If that first meeting goes well, we’ll plan a technical test (if necessary) and an interview with some people on the team. This way, we’ll know for sure if you’ll fit in. If all goes well, we’ll give you an offer you hopefully can’t refuse.

Yes! We value a hybrid work environment, which means you can work at home, at our offices, or in your favorite coffee shop. You decide where you want to work, but we do love it when our team comes together on our weekly "team days" (two times per week). We promise, you’ll love it too.
