For a growing company in the telecom sector, located in Tienen, I am looking for a driven AR Officer who is both customer-friendly and has an eye for detail. You will be responsible for customer accounting from A to Z, but you will also be happy to help out for the colleagues. You will be given a diverse range of tasks and will therefore not be hungry.

Your tasks asan AR Officer:

You will join the team of 6 employees, managed by the Finance Manager. Together with the other colleagues, you are responsible for the two subsidiaries of the company. Your main focus is on customer accounting:

• You are responsible for debtor management from A to Z
• You draw up the sales invoices and deliver them to the customers
• You follow up on the outstanding payments and send reminders
• In the event of non-payment, you contact the customers by telephone to find a solution
• You help draw up repayment plans and keep an eye on the company’s cash position
• In addition, you provide all the necessary information for your colleagues for the monthly closings
• Finally, you will help with some administrative tasks
• You are responsible for the administration linked to the payment of the after service
• You speak to customers in response to their claims
• You contact the internal stakeholders to follow up on these claims

The ideal profile asan AR Officer:

• You have a Bachelor/Graduate degree in accounting
• A first experience in (customer) accounting is important, as you are the only one who will perform this function
• You can express yourself fluently in Dutch, a good basic French and English is a nice to have
• A good work attitude and positive attitude are key terms for this position
• In addition, with your proactive, dynamic and inquisitive mentality, you can successfully complete all deadlines
• With a first knowledge of SAP and Excel, you will certainly have an advantage
