We are looking for an organised and communicative individual to join the CSU Mons, on SHAPE campus, to perform CIS IMAC (Install Move Add Change) activities, and some basic clerical tasks.

Job Description:

We’re looking for an CIS Asset & Logistics Assistant to join our team in Belgium.

Responsibilities

  • Collecting, preparing, physically moving, exchanging, configuring and connecting CIS assets
  • Performing very basic clerical tasks (e.g. updating database, receiving, completing and forwarding Handover-Takeover documents).
  • Some physical work (lifting and moving of CIS assets in a warehouse and between buildings and offices)

Requirements

  • High school diploma in science
  • English level: C1 (Upper Intermediate)
  • Organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic clerical skills
  • A good level of physical fitness
  • A valid driving licence
  • Basic understanding of IT systems, services, and terminology.
