Associate Researcher - Global Product Stewardship

Your Missions:

• 
  Provide regulatory assessment and project delivery for European markets and brands.
  
• Manage product notification for launch of new projects in multiple markets.
  
• Execute coordination of technical dossiers as needed. Lead regulatory compliance tracking to drive clarity on status of compliance
  
• Leverage internal tools/systems to deliver regulatory assurance.
  
• Interface with distributors/customers to support regulatory compliance execution.
  
• Analyze and identify issues related to regulatory compliance schedule and submission capacity.
  
• Collaborate with multi-functional team and timely escalate technical challenges or issues arising from project execution
  
• Build regulatory execution expertise in multiple product category within P&G and regulatory requirement landscape

We are looking for:

• 
  Bachelor’s Degree in STEM or Applied Science related subjects
  
• Good Science principles: Identify & Define technical issues, capture data, form & test hypothesis, summarize your results problems and report findings
  
• Proven basic technology in formulation designs such as Surfactants, Builders, Lipids, Polymers, solvents as well as knowledge of general statistical and modeling software
  
• Genuine curiosity towards design, innovation and the confidence to proactively network and explore
  
• Ability to work with multiple teams - Eg. Pilot Plant team, Formula Design team, Engineering teams, Modeling and Simulation experts, etc.
