To support the strong growth and the challenging future strategy, they are looking for a driven and ambitious B2B SALES MANAGER.
About the job

As B2B Sales Manager, you play a key role in strengthening our client’s position in a competitive market. With your strategic insight and commercial expertise, you will successfully approach the market, help define the strategy and lead the team to grow the direct sales activities in the Benelux.

You keep a close eye on the budget and take proactive measures to achieve the set targets. You monitor daily sales and results in the Benelux and motivate your team. Through pricing strategies and credit management, you minimise risks. You also do active account management yourself.

Naturally, you closely follow market trends and competition. You also actively participate in federation meetings of In4Fuels and Energia with the Wholesale commission, and are the driving force behind the continuous improvement of sales and related administration within the Direct Sales department.

About the ideal candidate
  • You have a Master degree in a business-related field
  • You have at least 5 years experiencein a Sales role, ideally in the commodities or petrochemical sector
  • You are NL-speaking and have a good level of French
  • You combineknowledge of pricing mechanisms with a practical entrepreneurial mindset
  • You have a broad understanding of IT: MS Office (SAP and BW is a plus)
  • With your strong analytical and organisational skills, you are always looking for improvements.
