Become our Human Ressources Manager Belgium !

Reporting to Head of HR France and Belgium, you will be responsible for the entire HR management of our Belgian company, based in Harelbeke (sales, warehouse and support functions, about 60 employees).

HR management

  • Make proposals to improve the organization and processes in the HR areas and harmonize the processes with those of the group and with all subsidiaries and sites
  • Ensure the HR management of my area in compliance with social legislation (employment contracts, amendments, advice to operational managers, work accidents, etc.).
  • Advise and support managers in developing team performance: definition of objectives, annual interviews, evaluations, development actions, etc.
  • Anticipate, evaluate and monitor risks related to the processes under my responsibility, inform and propose corrective actions
  • Outsourced payroll: monitoring of the contractual relationship with the service provider
  • Ensure the consistency of remuneration, benefits, levels and coefficients in coordination with the Comp & Ben referent

Talent acquisition

  • Manage recruitments in coordination with the managers and with service providers
  • Develop the company’s attractiveness to schools (work & study program and internships) - School relationships
  • Employer Branding, HR internal and external communication
  • Ensure the onboarding of new employees with the manager
  • Offer, develop and maintain recruitment sources

HR projects

  • Participate in company projects in collaboration with the HR team in Paris: automation/HRIS developments, skills development, time management, CSR volunteering, disability, gender equality, etc.
  • Coordinate and collaborate on specific files with the HR experts (litigation and pre-litigation files, volunteering, Comp&Ben, vehicles, etc.)

Reports

  • Manage and guarantee the reliability of HRIS data (TalentSoft, payroll, interface guarantor, etc.)
  • Social management control, monitor of monthly HR statistics (absenteeism, turnover, FTE monitoring, male/female ratio, etc.) and report HR indicators to the HRD and the Group
  • Monitor the budget for my area and monthly reporting of expenses in collaboration with the management control department

The profile we are looking for :

-Experience or training in human resources management

-Open to beginners after validation of the HR apprenticeship

-Dutch required

-The second language is necessary to communicate with Paris HQ : English OR French.
