Job description
If you are as excited reading these lines as we are writing them, then here is a more detailed description of what the job looks like. Your daily tasks will be mainly divided in two groups:

Customer care

• In charge of reparation in your area, you intervene in case a customer needs anything with his/her Angell bike.
• This will often require you to jump in your truck, repairing bikes up to 350 km from your place.
• You will be the spearhead of Angell, constantly in touch with our customer support team, to pass customers feedbacks on and suggest improvements on our products.

Promoting the brand

• You will not limit yourself to customer care, you will embody the brand and introduce it everywhere you go to potential customers.
• Each stop you will make will be an event, you will organize test rides and make people discover the bike.
• In addition, you will seek for local partners and events to be part of/organize, in order to make the brand thrive.

Job requirements
Sounds exciting right? Here is what were are looking for in our candidates:

• you know how to repair traditional bikes and you are eager to learn the electronics behind smart bikes,
• you have a driver licence and are ready to move around your location,
• you speak fluent English, in addition to the language of the country where you are based, as we need to be able to communicate with you, and some of our customers are international travelers,
• you are seriously structured and independent, as multi-tasking and last minute calls will be the air you breathe.
