FUNCTIE:

  • Je voert de boekhouding van binnen- en buitenlandse vennootschappen:
    • Leveranciersboekhouding van A tot Z
    • Inboeken diverse boekingen
    • Inboeken bankuittreksels
    • Vast actief + afschrijvingen
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de BTW-aangifte, Intrastat en IC listing.
  • Je maakt provisies op en controleert de balansrekeningen
  • Je zorgt voor de creatie van klanten en leveranciers.
  • Je werkt mee aan ad hoc projecten in de boekhouding.
  • Je denkt continu mee in het verder optimaliseren van de boekhoudprocessen.

PROFIEL:

  • Je genoot een bacheloropleiding of een andere financiële opleiding.
  • Je beheerst MS Office, met in het bijzonder Excel.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, efficiënt en methodisch.
  • Je bent discreet.
  • Je kan meerdere taken tegelijkertijd aan.
  • Je hebt een flexibele ingesteldheid en bent stressbestendig.
  • Je hebt een goede basiskennis Frans en Engels.
