If so, this Business Development Operations Manager role could be an ideal opportunity to explore.As a Business Development Operations Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing site operation accounting functions related to labor, accounts payable, capital projects and site asset register.This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:- Perform tasks as appropriate for Senior and Junior Finance Partners and Site Leadership Team members.
- Focus on inter-personal communications skills and strive to provide an excellent experience when interacting with all stakeholders.
- Display time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Comply with all Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) accounting standards.
- Follow all applicable Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)/Employee Health & Safety (EHS) policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate ability to communicate with staff at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrate ability to maintain professional presence under pressure with short timelines and competing interests.
- Apply knowledge of online procurement systems, manufacturing and packaging components, maintenance practices, technical language and planning.
- Analyze and understand Material Usage Variances.
- Assist in developing annual budget and set personal goals to meet budget.
- Associate degree
- 2 years of general accounting, fixed asset or cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
- Compliance experience with all (GAAP) accounting standards
- Experience with online procurement and manufacturing systems
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of staff
- Ability to maintain professional presence under pressure with short timelines and competing interests
- Microsoft Office suite with focused experience in Excel formulas
