YOU WILL VIBE WITH US
We are looking for an energetic and outcomes-focused Branch Sales Manager to oversee our MidMarket (companies up to 1.000 Employees) sales team and boost revenue growth by acquiring new customers.
The ideal candidate will need to create and implement successful sales strategies, cultivate and maintain a people centric team culture and guarantee the achievement of sales goals. This position demands a solid combination of leadership, strategic planning, and relationship management abilities.
1.Strategy development & implementation
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive segment sales strategy aligned with the company’s overall sales and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales efforts with marketing, product, and operations.
2. Sales Performance and Metrics
  • Set clear sales targets and objectives for the team and monitoring progress and taking corrective actions when necessary.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth within the segment. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasting, and market insights to senior management.
3. Market and competitive analysis
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  • Utilize market insights to adjust the sales strategy, pricing, and positioning as needed.
4. Cross-functional collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, product management, and operations to ensure alignment and effective execution of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison internal departments, addressing any issues, inquiries, or concerns.
WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU
  • You have at least a Bachelor degree.
  • You have a proven experience of minimum 3 years in sales management.
  • You have strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing successful sales teams in the acquisition of new clients.
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • You have an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • As a strategic thinker, you are capable of aligning sales initiatives with broader business goals.
  • You speak fluently French and Dutch.

  • Full-time permanent contract (38h/week)
