For one of our clients in the insurance sector in Brussels, we are looking for a Broking Assistant:
  • You will work closely with the broker to ensure administrative follow-up for policy management;
  • You are also in direct contact with the clients, insurers and Account Managers and must maintain good relations with them.

Profile

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree (Office Management, Business Administration, Insurance...);
  • You are fluent in Dutch and have a good knowledge of English and French;
  • You like analysis and figures and are precise;
  • You are strong in administrative follow-up and master MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) very well;
  • Besides being dynamic, you are eager to learn, stress-resistant, and know how to get things done;
  • You have good organizational skills and can prioritize well.
