You must be experienced in understanding highly technical information for project planning. This position comes with work shifts of 8 hours covering the time range between 07h00 and 20h00 from Monday to Friday.Your main duties will be to:
  • Define High-level requirements
  • Define detailed business requirements and functional specification
  • Gathering non-functional requirements from other EC departments e.g. security requirements, GDPR requirements
  • Analyse data and if necessary, perform data modeling
  • Define recommendations based on the outcomes
  • Define User Stories
  • Help the PM to define the business case and project charter
  • Help the PM to Perform the risk analysis and constraints
  • Work closely with the DEV team, architects, and PMs
  • Create charts and data documentation with explanations of algorithms, parameters, models, and relationships
  • Process analysis:
    • Define AS-IS
    • Detect the bottlenecks
    • Modelling based on the best practices (e.g., UML, BPMN, Story Mapping …)
    • Propose and Define the To Be

QualificationsIf you have
  • At least 5 years of work experience in a similar job.
  • Excellent spoken and written knowledge of English (min.C1).
  • Strong technical knowledge.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Solutions-oriented mind.
  • Team player mindset.
  • Ability to quickly assimilate procedures.
  • Experience in international and multicultural working environments.

  • Experience in processes & practices such as Agile, DevOps, and Jira.
  • SQL knowledge.
  • Digital knowledge (website and mobile application developments).
  • Experience working for EU Institutions.
  • Experience making wireframes and prototypes
  • Knowledge of BPMN.
  • Knowledge of conceptual data modeling.
