Description

Writing business analysis and procedures as well as in process modelling and users’ documentation.
Producing and maintaining clear and structured technical documents, user documentation and communication.
Writing Business Use Cases and/or User Stories.
Users’ support, training, and documentation using SMT, JIRA, Confluence Wikis, SharePoint, M365
Software functional and regression testing.
Participation in functional and technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with end users, business managers and the IT project team (project managers and developers).

Requirements

Master Degree with 13 years of professional experience in IT.
At least 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
Strong capacity in writing business analysis and procedures as well as in process modelling and users’ documentation.
In-depth knowledge and experience on users’ needs and requirements collection, classification and prioritization.
In-depth knowledge of Business Use Cases and/or User Stories.
Experience in translating conceptual user requirements into process models, specifications, diagrams, and product mock-ups (TO-BE).
Ability to review the IT deliverables for their conformance to the Business/User requirements.
In-depth knowledge and experience in system testing (evolutive maintenance and nonregression).
Experience in incident and problem management, including the ability to analyze and solve them effectively and efficiently.
Experience in using SQL.
Knowledge and experience of SCRUM/Agile methodologies
Knowledge and experience of mock-ups and prototyping design.
Fluent in English at least level B2.
