Context :

As a business/function analyst in this team, you will learn on the job how our digital assistant handles the questions of the customer’s questions and is able to provide the right answers. As an important part of your job, you’ll ensure that our digital assistant pro-actively approaches the customer with insights and proposals that are hyper-relevant.
For these pro-active cases, you will learn to work with the right proper data selection and, together with your colleagues in the Data Team, you will strive to develop automated data models.
Furthermore, you will strive for a pleasant UX in a conversational flow on top of our existing digital channels. You will be working in a driven, dynamic team with very nice and enthusiastic colleagues. Mission :

• You will work on bringing our digital assistant to life by building conversations and processes.
• As a business/ functional analyst we are looking for someone who can be flexibly deployed during the feasibility/ work preparation phase in order to map out the various solution alternatives and as well as in work execution to work out the concrete solution.
• You are therefore an important between business and IT and is in very close contact with the epic owner.
• You work together with the epic owner to convert the expectations into fit-for-purpose IT solutions.
• You guide and support the epic owner in the development of the case.
• You understand what the business objective is and search for the best architecture that fits into our digital assistance’s existing landscape.
• You map out solution alternatives and examine their feasibility in terms of scope, budget, time-tomarket and ability to execute.
• You dare to challenge requirements and help fine-tune them, taking IT consequences into account while always keeping the business goal in mind.
• You take into account creation, maintenance costs, stability and simplicity.
• You ensure that the proposed solution is supported within the IT organization by technology experts, IT/ system architects and within the business analyst community.
• You consult with the interfaces about requirements and architecture.
• You document the architecture in archimate and bring the case to the necessary forums.
• You also follow the SDLC process to identify and mitigate security risks.
• You provide a clear description of the features and deliver a concrete backlog for the implementation team and the related interfaces.
• You are present at the feasibility check to explain the IT solution and answer IT-related questions.
• You are responsible for the functional analysis of concrete cases so they meet the needs of the business.
• You check the result of your analysis with the Epic Owner and then sit down with your IT colleagues to discuss the technical side of things.
• You also draw up functional test cases based on your analysis and carry them out in order to achieve qualitative results.
• When time, scope or budget constraints do not allow you to add certain functionalities, you challenge the epic owner on this.

Technical skills:

• You work meticulously and have strong analytical skills.
• You have a listening ear and can easily translate conceptual and strategic concepts and plans into concrete solutions which you can present convincingly in a language the client understands.
• Since we work closely with all banking and insurance domains, practical experience in one of the product factories is an asset.
• You have at least 3 years of experience as an analyst.
• Expérience with SAFe, Agile and Archimate is a plus.
• You are familiar with the steps/phases in a project life cycle.
• You have affinity and/or experience with projects in a technically challenging environment (cloud, bigdata, chatbots, mobile frontends,…)
