Your Role

As senior business consultant you will challenge your clients in Supply Chain related domains and strengthen them in their thrive in the digital age. You will operate on strategic and tactical level.

You challenge and advise your clients in supply chain domains, such as procurement, production planning & forecasting, order management, resource planning, warehousing and distribution, inventory optimization and sales.

You optimize the value chain, covering processes as source-to-contract, procure-to-pay, market-to-order, order-to-cash.

You design and implement the business transformation strategy (with functional and technology focus) for your projects.

You play a key role in the digitisation of new supply chain strategy. You link business requirements to the digital team. You are involved in the application fit-gap-assessment. You facilitate vendor selections for the right SCM related application and implementation partner. You prepare and support the client with the implementation and optimization of (new) SCM tools.

Above all, you’re a change enabler, engaging all stakeholders to move in the new direction. You set a personal example of openness and trust, seeking and providing feedback, able to open up critical issues.

You work in a team with fellow Mentors, your client, and the implementation partner.

Your DNA

  • Experienced Supply Chain consultant (2+ years) with exposure to the business process and IT angle, for large and mid-sized projects, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Gained experience by having worked for a consultancy firm before
  • Proven success in senior-level stakeholder management
  • Strong communicator, speaks persuasively, listens attentively
  • Analytical mind
  • Fluent in French and/or Dutch and English
  • Master’s degree
