As a member of a small team, you will play a pivotal role in the finance team, engaging in a diverse range of financial activities. Your responsibilities will span from financial reporting, risk management, and cash flow planning to portfolio monitoring and valuation. Here are the key aspects of the role:

  • Business and Financial Reporting: prepare external half-yearly (HY) and yearly (FY) reports, provide support for analyst presentations, assist in creating materials for audit committee and board presentations, address ad hoc reporting requests, coordinate and report on the budget
  • Business Intelligence (BI) Reporting: manage BI tools, particularly Power BI, ensuring data quality and continuously enhance BI capabilities to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Cash Flow Monitoring: develop short and medium-term cash flow plans and monitor cash flow to optimize liquidity management.
  • Risk Management and Internal Controls: maintain risk matrices and internal control processes and coordinate internal audit missions.
  • Portfolio Monitoring and Portfolio Valuation: collect relevant data on portfolio companies, generate regular reports to track performance and participate in the biannual portfolio valuation process.

Your Profile :

  • You hold a Master’s degree from a Business or Engineering school, demonstrating a strong academic background.
  • You have 6 to 10 years min of experience in audit or business controlling or financial planning and analysis.
  • You are fluent in English, with French considered an asset.
  • You are solution-oriented with strong analytical skills and a hands-on approach
  • You have a collaborative mindset, actively seeking opportunities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • You demonstrate the ability to work independently and take initiative when necessary.
