industrial applications. Based in Antwerp, we’re a small but ambitious start-up that has already delivered reactors to leading players in Pharma and Fine Chemicals. Backed by peer-reviewed publications in top journals, our technology is scientifically validated and market-proven.

We’re now looking for a business development lead who combines a solid flow chemistry background with strong commercial instincts — someone who can help drive our growth and potentially take the helm as future CEO.

???? Who we’re looking for:

  • You have a solid scientific background (PhD or MSc) in flow chemistry or chemical engineering. Experience in a chemical production setting much appreciated.
  • You’re commercially minded, able to navigate both technical and business conversations with clients. You have experience in sales or partnership building.
  • You’re excited about building from the ground up and flexible enough to roll up your sleeves – from talking to customers to shaping strategy to helping with hands-on experiments.
  • You have credibility in a research environment, ideally with experience in contract research, CROs, or innovation-driven labs.
  • You value autonomy but also appreciate the guidance of experienced board members.
  • You’re an entrepreneur at heart and see yourself growing into a CEO role as the company scales.

  • Lead business development: customer outreach, partnerships, market validation
  • Launch and help deliver our contract research offering as a support service
  • Act as a key liaison to clients, partners, and investors.
  • Contribute across company operations — strategy, product, customer engagement.
  • Work closely with the founder and board, who bring deep technical and business experience.
