Job Purpose:
  • The Tech Data BDM ES Services is responsible for the development of the ES Services portfolio within Tech Data.
  • His/her main focus will be the Supply Chain & Configuration services, but also includes Financial services and life-cycle management.
  • He / She will define a "Go to Market" strategy, communicate & train sales teams and category Managers across the Tech Data Organization in Belgium.
  • He / She needs to build a plan for lead generation by the external sales teams and monitor the sales funnel.
  • He / She must be able to present ES Services portfolio and convince our customers to work with our solution through joint meeting with the Account Manager.
  • Work closely with the Tech Data Supply Chain Services team in order to build & quote (QMT) the best solution for the customer.
  • He / She needs to monitor & report the Supply Chain & Configuration Services opportunities (CRM) to the Sales Director GSF.
  • He/ She will be knowledgeable about the full ES Services portfolio in order to support and be the back-up for the other member(s) in the Services team in Belgium.
  • A strong understanding of the businessis required to define & design new programs and to be able to support the business in the best way.
  • This position will also have a role in collaboratingwith colleagues representing various Tech Data verticals and functional departments to achieve common objectives.


Accountabilities:
  • Be the Owner & Business Development Managerof the Tech Data Supply Chain & Configuration services within Tech Data.
  • Develop a plan & strategyto maximize the opportunities for the Tech Data Supply Chain & Configuration Services.
  • Develop a GTM plan and challenge external sales on funnel & the results.
  • Develop/ update process documentation, work instructions and other tools to support your sales colleagues within Tech Data.
  • Analyze the market and our customer portfolio and build a "Go Live" strategy.
  • Be theSupply Chain & Configuration Services SPOCfor internal and external teams as well as for our customers for all their Configuration Services Questions.
  • Define processes and procedures to effectively meet expectation and to strive for continuous improvements.
  • Report Monthly the results Forecast & plan to the Sales Director GSF..
  • Analyze the existing processand perform best practice benchmark gap analysis.
  • Prioritize projects to ensure timely completion of deliverables and milestones.

Knowledge Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Front Office, Back Office or Sales role.
  • Passionate about IT products and Solutions..
  • Knowledge of Configuration Services models is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills with all levels of local management.
  • Able to communicate and write effectively in Dutch, English and French
  • Able to create and conduct formal presentations.
